Your Mommy Assistant can “prep” the meals for the week if you have recipes available. For example, your assistant can brown meat, cook poultry, and chop fruits and vegetables. It makes cooking much more enjoyable if all you have to do is throw it together!
Many families seem to have list of “go to” recipes. If you don’t have a list, we recommend trying Fresh 20, Hy-Vee meals, or E-mealz meal planning websites. Depending on the cooking experience of your Assistant, they may have some tried and true recipes they are willing to make for you.
